This Website Use Policy governs access to and use of selimpexec.com, including the freight quotation tools, booking requests, user accounts, blog and contact forms. By using the site you accept these conditions.

2. Informational nature of online quotes

Online FCL/LCL quotations are estimates based on rates published at the time of the query. They do not constitute a binding offer, confirmation of space or equipment, or a contract of carriage. Final prices, validity and availability are confirmed by a Selimpex agent after reviewing the booking request.

3. User account

Registration is required to use the calculator. You must provide accurate data (name, company, email, phone, country, city) and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out with your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or to send spam, malware or automated abuse.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, the administration panel or unpublished rates without authorization.
• Do not copy, scrape or commercially reuse rate tables, documents or content without written permission.

5. Documents generated

PDF quotations and booking requests are generated for the logged-in user’s operational use. Terms printed on those documents apply to the requested shipment together with the carrier’s bill of lading terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Selimpex name, logos, texts, images and software of this site belong to Selimpex SAS or its licensors. All rights reserved.

7. Liability

Selimpex acts as a freight forwarder / cargo agent. It is not liable for service interruptions, outdated rates in the online tool, or losses arising from force majeure, carrier decisions or inaccurate data provided by the user (including VGM and cargo description).

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy available on this website.

9. Changes

Selimpex may update this policy. The version published on this page is the applicable one.
