How long does an FCL shipment from Asia take?
Ocean FCL transit from Asia to Pacific coast ports (such as Guayaquil) usually ranges from 25 to 40 days depending on origin, carrier, transshipments and port congestion. When you request a quote you will see the estimated transit time for each active rate. The exact arrival date is confirmed when the booking is formalized.
What documents do I need for an international shipment?
In general you need: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading (B/L or air waybill), and depending on the product additional certificates (origin, sanitary, etc.). For imports into Ecuador the customs declaration and SENAE compliance also apply. Our team guides you on the specific documentation for your cargo.
How is volume calculated on an LCL shipment?
LCL uses the W/M (weight/measurement) rule: charges apply to the greater of weight in metric tons and volume in cubic meters (CBM), subject to the rate minimum. CBM is length × width × height (in meters) times the number of packages. In our calculator you can enter each package measurement and the system computes totals and the applicable rate.
